Here is a my current mesocycle:
| A | B | C | D | E |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Snatch + Overhead squat | Snatch | Snatch + Overhead squat | Snatch | Snatch |
| Clean | Clean & Squat jerk | Clean | Clean & Squat jerk | Clean |
| Squat | Larson press | High bar squat | Bench press | Sumo dead lift |
| Front squat | Spoto press | Overhead squat | Reverse grip bench press | Zercher dead lift |
| Snatch balance | Incline bench press | Split jerk | JM press | Bulgarian split squat |
| Press | Press-in-snatch | Behind-the-neck press | Press-in-clean | Barbell row |
| Lat pull (narrow) | Dumbbell row | Lat pull (wide) | Chest supported row | |
| Preacher curl (narrow) | Preacher curl (wide) | Preacher curl (narrow) | Preacher curl (wide) | Preacher curl (narrow) |
Note that I am doing preacher curls to help bring up my bicep and strengthen the elbow locked position. I find any other curl doesn't really help my overhead support or bench press in the same way. Once I've adjusted to these lifts they will get cycled out.
The Olympic lifting portions are done with some standard warm up: high, hang, etc. variations. I do squat jerks here because the platform is relatively small. The complexes are to keep me from trying to max them out every day.
